Once your order is ready, we will notify you and supply you with our exact address for collection.

If we have all the products for your order in stock, we usually send out your order within 1-3 business days after your payment reflects in our account. Â
If we are very busy, it might take up to 4 working days for us to dispatch your order
Once your parcel has been collected by the courier:-
- to main areas takes from 1-3 working days
- to outlying areas can take up to 5 working days
- ECONOMY delivery may take up to 10 working days to be delivered
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number once its been booked with the courier.
The email usually contains a link for tracking and the name and contact details of the courier company handling your package

We accept the following methods of payment
- EFT – you will find our banking details in your order confirmation email, please use your order number as reference number
- Payfast – we use the PayFast gateway to process payment via debit / credit card
- YOCO – we use the YOCO gateway to process payment via debit / credit card
- BobPay – this payment gateway will process immediate EFT payments
- PayJustNow – Register with PayJustNow and pay in 3 interest FREE installmens

We use Payfast / Yoco and BobPay payment gateways to securely process card payments. We do not have access to your card details.
You first need to register an account on the website, after you have registered you will earn points for various actions including;
- Registering for an account
- for every order that is completed & paid
You can redeem accumulated points at checkout before you pay for your order.
For redemption, 50 points will equal R1.00
Yes, if you created an account when you placed your order, you will be able to see your order history on your account page
Backorder means we do not currently have the item in stock. Your order will be delayed until the item is back in stock and we can send your full order.
We usually only have items with a short lead time available as backorder items.

Pre-Order means we allow customers to order items we are awaiting stock of.Â
If you combine Pre-Order items with in stock items, your whole order will be delayed.
