If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the charges will vary depending on the weight and size of items ordered.  The website will show you the pricing for shipping at checkout.

You may also choose to collect your order from us in Ruimsig, Johannesburg.  (Please note we are located on a dirt road )

We send from Johannesburg using A3 Blue (National) Fastway bags.

Usually the following areas falls into the Blue Zone:

Yes.  Please choose collection at checkout.

Once your order is ready, we will notify you and supply you with our exact address for collection.

Collections are usually on a Monday, Thursday and Friday.
Please note we are located on a dirt road.

If we have all the products you ordered in stock, we usually send out your order within 1-3 business day after your payment reflects in our account. 

If we are very busy, it might take up to 4 days for us to dispatch your order.

Courier delivery

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier:-

  • to main areas takes from 1 to 3 working days. 
  • to outlying areas can take up to 5 working days.

Fastway delivery 

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier:-

  • Please allow up to 10 working days

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number once its been booked with the courier

The email usually also contains a link for tracking and the name and contact number or the courier company handling your package (not for Fastway)

If you chose Fastway you will have to manually track your parcel on their website

We accept the following methods of payment:

Scan to Pay – you can find the QR code at the bottom of our website

Payfast – we use the PayFast gateway to process payments by debit/credit card

YOCO – we use the YOCO gateway to process payments by debit/credit card

EFT – you will find our banking details on your invoice, please use your order number as reference number

PayJustNow - Register with PayJustNow and pay in 3 interest FREE installments

PLEASE DO NOT deposit cash into our account.

We se PayFast or YOCO to securely process card transactions. We do not have access to your card details

You first need to register for an account on the website, after you have registered you will earn points for various actions including:

  • registering for an account
  • for every order that is completed & paid

You can redeem accumulated points at checkout before you pay for your order.  For redemption 50 points will equal R1.00 

Yes, if you created an account when you placed your order you will be able to see your order history in your account page.

Backorder means we do not currently have the item in stock and that your order will be delayed until the items is back in stock and we can send your full order.

We usually only have items with a short lead time available as backorder items.  You can expect a delay of up to 10 working days if your order contains backorder items.
If you have a query about the status of a specific product on backorder, please feel free to contact us for information.

Pre-Order means we allow customers to order items we are awaiting stock of.  If you combine Pre-Order items with in stock items, your whole order will be delayed.  We will only send your package when the Pre-Order items arrives.....

Online order delays...

We are very excited to join the Hobby-X this year and look forward to meeting our customers face-to-face.

Preparing for and attending the event will however affect our normal processing times for online orders.

Please note:

  • All online orders received between 25 April & 8 May, will experience delays being shipped, please place your orders timeously to avoid any disappointment.
  • No showroom visits will be possible from 25 April to 6 May
  • While we are at the Hobby-X we will have limited availability to answer calls, whatsapps & email
