Instructions for mixing your Fragrance Oil into a perfume resembling Cool Water by Davidoff

Recommended Formulation:

  • 20% (average) Fragrance / Perfume Oil
  • 80% Perfume Base
  1. Mix your Fragrance Oil /Perfume Oil and Perfume Base at your desired strength
  2. Decant into suitable containers for use / storage
